DESCRIPTION:Molalla is in the process of updating its Transportation System
  Plan (TSP)\, which is a long-range plan used to guide development of the t
 ransportation system over a 20 year period. As part of this effort\, a Tech
 nical Advisory Committee (TAC) consisting of City and County staff has been
  established to oversee development of the TSP and provide feedback and dir
 ection to the consultant team along the way. A listing of TAC membership ca

\nThe purpose of TAC Meeting #1 is to introduce 
 the TAC to the project and to review and receive feedback on Tech Memos 1-3
 . The meeting will include a power point presentation provided by the consu
 ltant team and discussion of these documents. An agenda for the meeting and
